About the :
Video Banking unit is responsible for managing customer engagement on Video\Audio or Chat through different channels including Mobile banking and Memobile application.
The Unit is also responsible for end to end fulfillment of sales ( personal Loan application )
The role holder is responsible for offering services to customers related to Loan, credit card, Account, While doing so they are expected to deliver satisfactory levels of customer satisfaction. Which include:
Deliver consistent world-class customer service
Maintain high levels of service standards while dealing with customers
Being presentable at all times and maintain a role Model appearance in terms of customer service
· At least 2 years experience in the call center
· Relevant knowledge of CRM system
· Detail Oriented, able to work under pressure with a positive customer service
· High motivation and advanced learning skills
· Strong PC Skills
· Fluent in written/spoken English is a must
· Bilingual is an added advantage
· Willing to work in shifts.
