Logistic & Dispatch Administrator

Responsibilities :

- Check and fulfil all the daily truck requirements for the delivery orders thru the sales orders in the System.

- Take care of the respect of the delivery periods by planning the various stages of transport.

- Transmit to the people any relevant information obtained from the customers or Transport companies in order to contribute to the commercial activity.

-To assist the Sales Administrator during invoicing, preparing export documents, updating & checking the LPO status.

SKILLS:

Communication skills, troubleshooting and time management

Desired candidate: Minimum 5 years in any industry with weighbridge operations

Qualification: Degree/Diploma in any discipline
